Self Portrait of a Sort

Here's another self portrait.

Darkness at the Temple Gate

I feel like this song is still in Beta, but here it is anyway...

When
I listen to Darkness at the Temple Gate, I imagine a Temple full of cloaked Monks performing Unholy acts for Unspeakable purposes that, if you understood, would leave you quivering with Fear and gibbering with Madness.

Off to one side, a Gigantic, evilly visaged Ogre of a Man beats an Unwholesome Drum, and a Chained pale blue Aelfen Being is forced to play a lone tragic Flute.

Their Dark Master lounges on fur, surveying his realm.

The Wheel of Pain at the corner of the giant onyx hall features a constantly revolving roster of slave labor to generate the power necessary for Him to Live. The slaves pedal, and use use various elliptical crosstraining machines to generate electricity. Eventually they die of exhaustion or anorexia, and must be replaced by new sources of energy: more human beings, enslaved through high credit card debt, mostly.

His Royal Evilness is wired up to a Huge, expansive Crystalline Apparatus that pipes Fluids through His body, and has kept Him Alive so many millenia.

His Evilness Speaks:

"My Fellow Americans...."

he begins.

Down the Forest Path

I think this song is still in Beta, and not quite there yet, but here it is as a work in progress...

You see the path before you,
and the path behind you.

This music
floats by
faintly,
high
overhead.
