A short that challenges the viewer to reconsider what alcoholism can look like.
Gray Area is based on the memoir MY self: An Autobiography of Survival by Kelley Kitley. With "mom wine culture" at an all-time high, the film offers an intimate look into how many contemporary women quietly struggle, and how easily that struggle hides in plain sight.
It won a Telly Award for Social Issues and the Grand Jury Prize at the Awareness Film Festival in Los Angeles, among other honors on an international festival run.
